Jackson was brought in as a stray found along 301. The person that brought him in stated he was friendly but was growling at his 8-year-old son. Jackson is an oddball and has a ton of energy. We are guessing he is a pit/dachshund mix due to his small size and body. Jackson did not test well with other dogs. Has had DHPP vaccine.

As of 1/27/2023
Veola, Female
Intake Date: 9/12/2022
Veola came in with her babies who are no longer here at the shelter.
Veola was shy at first but loves attention now, she comes up to the front of her cage to be loved on but is a bit unsure about being held just yet. Veola combo tested N/N.
Sasha, Female
Intake Date: 9/24/2022
Sasha came in after being seen for a few months as a stray. This little lady only weighed 3.7 lbs when she came in but she loves her food and treats and has gained weight while with us. Sasha has longer fur and loves to be brushed and loved on. Sasha was treated for fleas, combo tested N/N and given a FVRCP on 11-15-22.
Lil Pink, Female
Intake Date: 11/22/2022
Lil Pink was another one of the cats that came in only because her human passed away. She is just 6.4 lbs and a sweetheart who loves her food and affection. We believe that she and Frisky are from the same litter and less than a year old.
Meadow, Male
Intake Date: 8/14/2022
Meadow gets the award for most positive change in a cat. This 6.1 lb boy was acting feral and aggressive when he came in and we had to wear gloves just to clean his cage. He ended up with a severe URI and our vets got him better and now he is a sweet boy. He loves human affection now, literally comes up to us for pets and gloves are a thing in the past. This boy is very unique looking. He gets along great with his neighbor and he combo tested N/N. Meadow was treated for earmites with Revolution and is available now.
Martha, Female
Intake Date: 5/1/2022
Martha came in with underage babies after being found in a garage. Her babies all found homes but this shy but beautiful girl is still looking for her furever home. Martha combo tested N/N and meows for her canned food and treats. Martha would probably do well in a quieter home and she seems okay with other cats.
Marie, Female
Intake Date: 9/22/2022
Marie was brought in by a guy that trapped her after his tenants moved and left cats behind. This 8.8 lbs girl is shy but not aggressive and we are hoping she will come fully around so she can be an indoor pet and not a barn cat.
Lily, Female
Intake Date: 11/7/2022
Lily was dumped in a colony of feral cats but this little girl is anything but feral so someone picked her up and brought her to us. Lily is a total sweetheart who craves attention and she will start meowing just to get that extra attention. Lily is a small girl at only 5 lbs and we believe she is under a year old. She was combo tested N/N.
Johnny, Male
Intake Date: 9/6/2022
Johnny was found as a stray and although he is skittish, he does let us pet him some. Johnny came in weighing 7.8 lbs but he loves all food so we know he will be gaining weight. His neighbor was not being kind to Johnny and all Johnny did was move away, never once hissed or acted out. This boy is special to us, we so badly want to show him that humans are good and he can enjoy the love that we show him.
Hunter, Male
Intake Date: 1/4/2023
Hunter came in with several other kitties after complaints from a citizen saying there were many strays in a certain area. This little boy is a bit nervous around new people but in time, we know he will become the playful, trusting kitten he deserves to be. Hunter only weighed in at 3.7 lbs and we think he was probably born around July 2022. Hunter has a defective foot that reminds me of a lobster claw, but it doesn't seem to make a difference to him.
Howard, Male
Intake Date: 1/4/2023
Howard came in with several other kitties after complaints from a citizen saying there were many strays in a certain area. This little boy is a little nervous right now, but he is not feral and in time will come around. Howard only weighed in at 3.8 lbs and we think he was probably born around July 2022.
Hogan, Male
Intake Date: 11/14/2022
Hogan was found around October and brought to us only because the barn cat the person already had was afraid of him. We were told Hogan did nothing at all to the cat but the other cat was too scared so they decided he had to go. Hogan was nervous at first but this boy is so sweet and affectionate now. He meows a lot, comes up front to get attention and likes his neighbor Meadow. He became a shelter favorite very fast. Volunteer note: Hogan’s fat cheeks are a bonus.
Hayden, Male
Intake Date: 12/30/2022
Hayden came in with several others kitties after complaints from someone saying there were many strays in a certain area. This little boy is a little nervous around new people, but we are able to pet him and know that he will come fully around with time and patience. Hayden only weighed in at 3.5lbs and we think he was probably born around July 2022.
Hamilton, Male
Intake Date: 12/31/2022
Hamilton came in with several others kitties after complaints from a citizen saying there were many strays in a certain area. Hamilton is a bit nervous around new people but we will continue to work with him to make him feel safe and become the trusting kitty he deserves to be. Hamilton is the biggest of the kitties from this location at 4.7 lbs and we believe he was probably born around July 2022.
Frisky, Female
Intake Date: 11/22/2022
Frisky and her sister Lil Pink are here because their human mom passed away and there was no one that could take them. Frisky is a tiny gal at just 6.1 lbs and although we don't know her exact age, we suspect she is 6-8 months old. She is a sweetheart.
Captain, Male
Intake Date: 10/6/2022
Captain came in only because his human passed away and there was no one to take him. Captain weighed 6.8 lbs when he came in and although he had a bit of trust issues at first, just like all the other cats from this same person, he has learned that humans are ok and Captain is doing well now.
Bucky, Male
Intake Date: 4/13/2022
Bucky came in as a stray weighing 14.2 lbs. It took awhile to warm up to us, but he decided pets and affection from humans was not a bad thing. He even lets me hold him and kiss his big head. Bucky combo tested N/N.
Breeze, Male
Intake Date: 10/28/2022
Breezy was surrendered after his human of a few days was scratched by him. Breezy is a big boy at 10.2 lbs and we were told he is 3 years old. Breezy is absolutely gorgeous and has long ear tuffs. He has been a sweet boy to us but definitely can get grumpy at times and is easy to read so we know when to let him be. Breezy combo tested N/N.
Blake, Male
Intake Date: 10/19/2022
Blake was found over a month ago and brought in recently. Blake is a big boy of 10.7 lbs with longer fur and at this time is scared. We are hoping he learns to trust us but if not we will be looking for a barn home for him.
Billy, Male
Intake Date: 9/13/2022
Billy came in as a stray and was never reclaimed although his weight of 10 lbs tells us he had a human at some point. This beautiful big headed boy is shy but not feral. He comes to the front of the cage and meows to talk to us and has started to allow us to pet him some. His teeth are pretty white so we think he is still on the younger side. Billy is available now. Volunteer note: Billy gives the best head bonks and loves his chubby cheeks being scratched.
Avalon, Male
Intake Date: 7/13/2022
Avalon has come a long way since coming into our shelter as a stray. This boy was so scared at first, and even though he still needs to come out of his shell more, we can now pet him. Avalon also loves to play with toys and he likes other cats. He would probably do well in a quiet home.
